- EML's debuf increase skill damage updated, before, this passive skill is not enabled in devias pk arena and it will only activate to your targets with your active debuf (for the duration of debuf), and now, it will activate to all your targets hit by your debuf (for the duraction of 30 seconds from the time your debuf got activated in the target).
